Delete your ItemShare account and data

You can permanently delete your ItemShare account and associated data at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the ItemShare app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Can't access the app?

Email support@itemshareapp.com from the email address associated with your ItemShare account. We'll verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the data associated with your account from ItemShare's active systems, including your profile, photos, borrow and lend requests, offers, messages, and reviews.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records only when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, security, fraud prevention, or resolving an outstanding dispute. Backup copies may also remain for a limited time until they are removed through our normal backup process. Any retained information is deleted when it is no longer required.
